Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

Tailored for researchers, academics, professionals, and independent authors, this membership provides substantial waivers and discounts on APCs, priority handling of manuscripts, and professional language editing services. Members also receive a Certificate of Membership, formally acknowledging their involvement in advancing the field.

Student Membership

Designed to support young scholars, this membership offers unlimited manuscript submissions (excluding special issues) and a personalized Membership Certificate. Students are required to submit a brief letter of recommendation from a faculty member, department head, or research advisor at the time of application.

Institutional Membership

Our Institutional Membership is designed to support universities, research institutions, and academic departments in advancing their scholarly publishing initiatives. This membership model enables multiple affiliated authors to publish under a single institutional agreement, promoting a collaborative and cost-effective approach to open-access dissemination.
 
Member institutions are entitled to benefits such as partial or full waivers on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for a specified number of publications annually. By joining as an institutional member, organizations reinforce their commitment to academic excellence and open-access publishing, while providing valuable support to their affiliated authors.
 

Corporate/Industry Membership

Tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical developers, and healthcare innovators, this membership offers reduced APCs for publications and research reports authored by staff, providing a cost-effective avenue for peer-reviewed dissemination. Additionally, companies will receive an official Corporate Membership Certificate.

Important Points to be Noted

• Membership benefits are valid for the specified duration of your membership, and any unused benefits cannot be carried over unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
• Early renewals are encouraged, with a 10% discount offered on renewal fees for members who renew before their current term ends.
• Late renewals are not eligible for the continuation of previously unused services or discounts, as we strive to ensure fair and equal access to membership benefits for all our members.
