Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

The Individual Membership is tailored for researchers, academics, professionals, and independent authors engaged in the field. Members also receive priority handling of their manuscripts, ensuring expedited review and processing. Additionally, professional language editing services are available to enhance the clarity and quality of submissions. A Certificate of Membership is also provided, formally acknowledging the member’s involvement in advancing the area. Registered members should be an author or co-author of the manuscript and can avail an unlimited number of submissions in the year.

Student Membership

The Student Membership is designed to support and cultivate the next generation of scientists and researchers by equipping young scholars with essential tools, resources, and exposure within the academic publishing landscape. Key benefits include unlimited manuscript submissions (excluding special issues), providing flexibility to publish as an author or co-author without submission restrictions. Members also receive a personalized Membership Certificate, acknowledging their active participation in scholarly publishing. Students are required to submit a brief letter of recommendation from a faculty member, department head, or research advisor at the time of application.

Institutional Membership

The Institutional Membership is designed for universities, research centers, hospitals, and medical schools seeking to streamline the research publication process for their faculty and affiliated professionals. This membership offers centralized publishing access, enabling institutions to support multiple authors under a single account. Members benefit from discounted article processing charges (APCs), including partial or full waivers for a designated number of submissions annually. Additionally, member institutions receive formal recognition through a Certificate of Membership, highlighting their commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and scholarly communication.

Corporate/Industry Membership

The Corporate/Industry Membership is tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical developers, and healthcare innovators aiming to provide companies with a platform to disseminate their research and insights within the academic and clinical communities. This membership offers reduced article processing charges (APCs) for publications and research reports authored by staff, providing a cost-effective avenue for peer-reviewed dissemination. Additionally, companies will receive formal recognition through a Certificate of Membership, showcasing their dedication to advancing scientific knowledge and scholarly communication.

How to Apply

To apply for membership, interested individuals can simply email their membership request to membership@openaccesspub.org, providing the necessary information and any specific queries or requests regarding membership options. Our team will promptly process the application and address any concerns to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process. 

Important Points to be Noted

1. Membership benefits are valid for the specified duration and must be utilized during the membership term. Unused benefits cannot be carried over unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement. 
2. Early renewals are encouraged, as members who renew before their current term ends will receive a 10% discount on renewal fees. This is our way of acknowledging your ongoing support and commitment to our publishing house. 
3. Late renewals are not eligible for the continuation of previously unused services or discounts.
