Individual Authors Membership provides significant APC (Article Processing Charge) discounts, prioritizing the recognition of individual researchers and authors by offering platforms to showcase their expertise and achievements. Members can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, except for special issues, and receive a 30% discount on the special issue article processing charge (APC).

Student Membership

The Student Membership Program aims to support and motivate students involved in research projects, offering publishing benefits, authorship opportunities, and a membership certificate upon acceptance. It provides an outstanding opportunity for students to present their research and make a meaningful contribution to the scientific community.

Institutional Membership

Institutional Membership supports universities, research institutions, and academic departments in advancing their scholarly publishing initiatives, enabling multiple affiliated authors to publish under a single institutional agreement. Member institutions are entitled to benefits such as partial or full waivers on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for a specified number of publications annually, reinforcing their commitment to academic excellence and open-access publishing.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Corporate/Industry Membership is tailored for private sector organizations, fostering meaningful engagement with the academic and clinical research communities. Exclusive benefits include discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for manuscripts authored or co-authored by company-affiliated researchers, as well as an official Corporate Membership Certificate symbolizing their active role in supporting scientific advancement and fostering innovation.

How to Apply

To become a member, please submit an email to membership@openaccesspub.org containing your full name, institutional affiliation, complete mailing address, and preferred journal(s).

Important Points to be Noted

1. Please make sure to utilize the exclusive services included in your membership within the designated validity period. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.

2. If you are interested in extending your membership period or exploring personalized arrangements, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the available options.

3. Members have the option to extend their membership before the expiration date, subject to applicable terms and conditions. We recommend early renewal to ensure uninterrupted benefits.

4. As an incentive to our existing members, we offer a 10% waiver on membership renewal fees when the membership is renewed before the current agreement's expiration date.

5. Please note that renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
