The Journal of Evolutionary Science is an Open Access, Peer-Reviewed journal dedicated to advancing scientific research. Our membership program is designed to support researchers and authors throughout their publishing journey. By becoming a member, authors can enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including waived article processing charges (APCs) for a specified number of articles over a defined period.

Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

Individual Membership offers significant benefits for individual researchers and authors. JES provide impressive discounts on Article Processing Charges (APCs), making research publication more affordable. Additionally, we prioritize acknowledging the contributions of individual researchers and authors by providing platforms to showcase their expertise and achievements.
 

To qualify for the waiver, you must be an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Upon registration, authors receive a membership certificate. They can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, except for special issues, and a 30% discount is available for the special issue APC.
 

Student Membership

Our Student Membership program aims to provide support and motivation to students involved in research projects. To join, students need to submit a short letter of recommendation from their department head, group leader, or supervisor at the time of application. Once accepted, students will have a limited period to publish an unlimited number of papers in any of our esteemed journals. As members, students can act as the author or co-author of the articles they submit, gaining valuable experience in academic publishing. Furthermore, they will receive a membership certificate and benefit from discounts. This membership presents an outstanding opportunity for students to present their research and make a meaningful contribution to the scientific community.

Institutional Membership

Our Institutional Membership is designed to support universities, research institutions, and academic departments in advancing their scholarly publishing initiatives. This membership model enables multiple affiliated authors to publish under a single institutional agreement, promoting a collaborative and cost-effective approach to open-access dissemination.
 
Member institutions are entitled to benefits such as partial or full waivers on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for a specified number of publications annually. By joining as an institutional member, organizations reinforce their commitment to academic excellence and open-access publishing, while providing valuable support to their affiliated authors.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Our Corporate/Industry Membership is tailored for private sector organizations, including biotech companies, pharmaceutical developers, medical device manufacturers, and healthcare innovators. This membership aims to foster meaningful engagement with the academic and clinical research communities, offering exclusive benefits such as discounted APCs for manuscripts. Members will receive an official Corporate Membership Certificate, symbolizing their active role in supporting scientific advancement and fostering innovation, enhancing research visibility and credibility for their companies.

How to Apply

To apply for membership, please select the appropriate membership plan and send an email to membership@openaccesspub.org with the following details:

- Full name
- Institutional affiliation
- Complete mailing address
- The journal(s) of interest
 
If you have any additional questions or specific requests related to the membership options, please feel free to include them in your response. Once we receive all the required information and any uncertainties have been clarified, we will promptly process your membership application.

Important Points to be Noted

• Utilize exclusive membership services within the designated validity period. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.
• Extend membership prior to expiration, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Early renewal is encouraged for uninterrupted benefits.
• For early renewals, journal providing 10% waiver as a token of appreciation for your continued commitment to our publications. 
• Complete the renewal process before the membership expiration date to retain the option of carrying forward any remaining service slots. Renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
