USD 3,000 after acceptance
The standard APC applies only after final editorial acceptance. Payment does not affect reviewer selection, editorial handling or the decision.
Editorial independence
The APC does not buy peer review, priority handling or acceptance. Editors and reviewers assess manuscripts against the journal’s scope, methodological standards and research-integrity requirements. Editorial staff do not consider an author’s ability to pay when making a decision.
What the APC supports
The APC supports editorial administration after submission, production of the accepted article, DOI registration and metadata deposit, online publication and maintenance of the published record. It does not guarantee citation, indexing in a selective database, media promotion or publication within a stated number of days.
Billing sequence
- Submit without paymentNo submission or peer-review fee is collected.
- Independent editorial decisionThe manuscript completes the applicable editorial and peer-review process.
- Invoice after acceptanceIf the manuscript is accepted, the corresponding author or nominated payer receives the invoice and written payment instructions.
- Production and publicationProduction proceeds under the terms stated on the invoice. Authors review proofs before publication.
Withdrawal policy
Manuscripts withdrawn within 3 days of submission are not subject to a withdrawal charge. A manuscript withdrawn more than 3 days after submission incurs a withdrawal charge equal to 30% of the journal’s APC. Authors must receive official withdrawal confirmation before submitting the manuscript elsewhere.
This withdrawal policy does not establish a separate refund rule.
Billing and waiver terms
Authors seeking a waiver or needing invoice, payment, tax, bank-charge, correction or refund information should request the current written terms from info@openaccesspub.org before submission. Any waiver request must be considered separately from editorial assessment.
